Membership of The Great Fourteen Welfare Society is open to all officers of the 14th OTS Course. It is a voluntary commitment to mutual support — a continuation of the bond forged at the Officers Training School Mangla in 1984.
By becoming a subscribed member, you ensure that the welfare fund remains available when a course mate or their family is in need. Every contribution — however modest — strengthens the collective safety net we have built together.
Who Can Join
Eligibility is open to all officers commissioned from the 14th OTS Course (commissioned December 1984), regardless of the arm or service in which they were commissioned, and regardless of rank or post-retirement career.
In the event of the passing of a course mate, their spouse or next of kin becomes a beneficiary of the society’s welfare programmes.

Immediate financial assistance and coordinated condolence arrangements for the family of any deceased course mate or their spouse.
Support grants for the marriage of daughters of course mates who are widows or in financial need.
An Annual Reunion held every December — a time to celebrate our bonds, honour our memories, and strengthen the fellowship of the 14th OTS Course.
All members remain connected through our WhatsApp group and this website — enabling rapid welfare response across the country.
A Word From the Governing Body
“We have served together, and we continue to stand together. The Great Fourteen Welfare Society exists not as a formality, but as a living expression of the fellowship we built in 1984. We urge every course mate to join, subscribe, and make this welfare network as strong as our bond.”
